Cyberbacker was founded in 2018 by Craig Goodliffe, whose vision was to create meaningful opportunities by connecting exceptional global talent with businesses in need of trusted support. What began as a mission to bridge skill and opportunity has grown into a movement that empowers both entrepreneurs and professionals worldwide.

Today, Cyberbacker stands as one of the leading virtual support companies serving clients across North America and the UK, recognized for its commitment to excellence, integrity, and long-term partnerships that help businesses grow while transforming lives.

Shiela Mie Legaspi
President

Shiela Mie Legaspi’s journey from call center to President of Cyberbacker is a powerful story of resilience, initiative, and people-centered leadership. She began her career at 18, quickly advancing through technical support and sales roles and eventually becoming a team leader before stepping away from the workforce to focus on her family. In 2017, she began searching for remote work opportunities and discovered Cyberbacker, a discovery that would reshape both her life and the company’s future.

 

Starting with no formal title, Shiela immersed herself in every aspect of the business, taking initiative to streamline hiring, training, and operations. Her natural leadership, integrity, and strategic mindset soon made her an indispensable part of Cyberbacker’s growth. Promoted to Director of Operations in 2018 and later to President in 2019, Shiela helped shape Cyberbacker into a world-class provider of professional virtual support.

 

Today, she oversees company-wide initiatives focused on operational excellence, innovation, and culture. Under her leadership, Cyberbacker has introduced programs that strengthen financial stability, well-being, and community connection, including Calamity and Auto Loans, Carepack and Recognition programs, and in-house Medical Assistance and Life Insurance. Shiela continues to lead with compassion, vision, and the belief that empowering people is the foundation of lasting success.

Jason Stowe

With over two decades of C-suite leadership and entrepreneurial coaching experience, Jason Stowe is the founder of The Vine Coaching & Consulting. He partners with business owners and executive teams to drive scalable growth through disciplined systems and operational excellence, helping companies evolve from founder-led to strategically driven organizations that thrive beyond their original vision.

Brian Chang

Since joining Cyberbacker in 2021, Brian Chang has brought focus, creativity, and strategic insight to his role. With a Marketing degree from Unitec in New Zealand and leadership experience in one of the country’s largest retail companies, he combines academic expertise with real-world management skills. As Vice President of Marketing, Brian has redefined how Cyberbacker communicates its value and vision, crafting campaigns that build trust, loyalty, and lasting impact. His promotion reflects his innovation, dedication, and commitment to advancing Cyberbacker’s global mission.

Contessa Rendon

Contessa began her journey with Cyberbacker in 2019 as a part-time Cyberbacker, showing dedication, adaptability, and commitment in every role. Her strong performance led her to join the Moneybacker team in 2020 and later become the Vice President of Moneybackers. In her leadership role, she oversees financial support operations with a people-centered approach, promoting accuracy, collaboration, and growth. Her journey reflects hard work, resilience, and the belief that true leadership is built through service and integrity.

Theresa Coo

A seasoned Human Resource practitioner since 2005, she joined Cyberbacker in February 2021 as a Contracts Backer and quickly advanced to become Director of the Loss Prevention and Mitigation Team. Now serving as Vice President of Cybercare, she continues to lead with expertise, integrity, and a deep commitment to supporting both clients and partners.

Divina Bisuelan

Divina Bisuelan began her career as a Human Resources Officer in a BPO company, where she built HR processes and managed recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation. When the pandemic hit, she joined Cyberbacker as a Human Resources Backer, supporting workforce growth and daily HR operations. Her strong work ethic led to her selection as the personal Cyberbacker to the company president, providing executive support and managing high-level operations. In April 2022, she was promoted to Director of Operations, where she continues to drive efficiency and operational excellence across the company.

Ma. Gabrielle Salazar

After over seven years of dedicated service at Cyberbacker, Ma. Gabrielle Salazar now serves as Director of Client Experience—a role that embodies her strength, empathy, and vision. Evolving from growth support to strategic leadership, she has built her career on relationships, results, and a passion for excellence. Gabrielle continues to set the standard for client care, ensuring every interaction reflects Cyberbacker’s commitment to outstanding service.

Joyce Constantino

Beginning her career in the BPO industry in 2011, Jojo built a strong leadership foundation through hands-on experience in customer service, technical support, and financial accounts. She joined Cyberbacker in 2018, where her strong work ethic and accountability led to growing responsibilities and a key role in strengthening operations. Jojo’s journey reflects disciplined leadership, continuous learning, and a results-driven mindset that fuels sustainable growth.

Daryl Mark Talento

Before joining Cyberbacker, Daryl earned a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts while taking on leadership and athletic roles, including Team Captain of the Mapúa University Table Tennis Team and Executive Student Leader in the Central Student Council. She joined Cyberbacker in January 2022 as a Digital Marketing Specialist, later becoming a Video Backer and then a CyberGrowthbacker/Social Media Backer. Now Growth Marketing Director, Daryl leads with a focus on creative, data-driven strategies that drive results while fostering the growth and development of her team.

Gofer Delgado

Gofer began his career in 2018 as a part-time teacher at Silliman University, gaining experience in education and mentoring. He later worked as a call center agent and online teacher, honing his communication and adaptability skills, before joining Cyberbacker on May 15, 2022, as a Social Media Backer. After contributing to marketing strategies and campaigns, he was promoted to Director of the Marketing Team, reflecting his professional growth and commitment to leading with purpose.

Angela Nicole Alarilla

Starting her career in 2022 after graduating magna cum laude, she joined Cyberbacker as a Graphic Designer for the Social Media Marketing team, quickly becoming a key contributor with her creativity and attention to detail. She later expanded her role within the Marketing team, combining design, branding, and strategy. Now Marketing Creative Director, she leads with a focus on innovative campaigns, brand growth, and fostering collaboration and development within her team.

Benedict Almazar

Ben began his professional journey in 2018 as an elementary tutor, developing patience, adaptability, and communication skills. He transitioned to freelance video editing in 2020, honing his technical and creative expertise, and joined Cyberbacker in 2023 as a Video Editor. In 2024, he became a Social Media Backer, creating strategies and supporting client growth while applying his web design skills. Now appointed Director of Web Strategy, Ben leads with innovation and collaboration, shaping Cyberbacker’s digital presence and driving team success.

Ruth Ann Manuel

Ruth began her Cyberbacker journey in 2020 as a Career Consultant, conducting applicant interviews and identifying top talent. Promoted to Careerbacker in 2021, she matched Cyberbackers with clients to ensure successful partnerships. By 2024, she expanded her role to support non-franchise Careerbackers, providing guidance and fostering team collaboration.

Alyssa Herrera

Alyssa joined Cyberbacker in 2021, making a lasting impact on the Moneybacker team through her work in billing operations. As Director of Accounts Receivable, she strengthened the billing and collections team, and now, as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, she brings her dedication and vision to guiding the company’s financial strategies and growth.

Marjorie Megallon

Marjorie is the Career Success Director at Cyberbacker, overseeing the Career Team and ensuring a smooth matching process. With nine years of overseas experience, she has grown into a leadership role through dedication and a passion for helping others succeed. She values teamwork, continuous growth, and creating opportunities for others to build meaningful careers from home.

Genard Delos Santos

Genard began his career as a legal officer before transitioning into the BPO industry, demonstrating flexibility and tenacity. In 2021, he joined Cyberbacker, embracing remote work and new possibilities. Today, he leads with purpose, guiding his team toward excellence while creating meaningful opportunities that transform lives and inspire others.

Claudio Roberto Jr. Galsim

Claudio began his career in the Gulf region, spending nearly two decades in fashion and lifestyle retail across Bahrain, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, specializing in merchandising, product buying, business planning, and performance analytics. A graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Clothing Technology, he brings a strong analytical and data-driven approach to leadership. Claudio joined Cyberbacker in January 2021 as Franchise Development Sales Lead, helping strengthen sales processes and conversion strategies. Now serving as Affiliate Growth Manager under the Affiliate Engagement Team, he leads pipeline management and affiliate productivity initiatives with a focus on execution, accountability, and measurable results.

Sheila Marie Dungca

As Director of Cyberbacker University, Sheila leads the transformation of learning into a scalable and future-ready ecosystem that strengthens capability, performance, and business impact. With over 15 years of experience in learning, workforce development, and HR leadership, she has driven operational excellence through strategic training, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives. A Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO), Certified Learning & Development Professional (CLDP), and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Sheila is passionate about building cultures of continuous growth, accountability, and excellence.
