- National ID (added to the list 12/12/2022 as recommended by ICC Director)
- Digital National ID of the Philippines (added to the list 2/6/22, mandatory accepted under RA 1105)
- SSS ID or SSS UMID Card from Social Security System (SSS)
- GSIS ID or GSIS UMID Card from Government Service Insurance System (GSIS)
- Driver’s License from Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- PRC ID from Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC)
- OWWA ID Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
- iDOLE Card the from Department of Labor and Employment (iDOLE)
- Voter’s ID from COMELEC
- Voter’s certification from the Office of Election with Dry Seal
- Firearms License from PNP
- Senior Citizen ID from LGU
- PWD ID from LGU
- Alien Certification of Registration or Immigrant Certificate of Registration
- PhilHealth ID (digitized PVC)
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
- Current Valid ePassport (For Renewal of ePassport)
- For applicants based overseas they may use their host government-issued IDs showing their Philippine citizenship.
- TIN ID
- Postal ID (issued 2015 onwards)
- Seaman’s book
- Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)
- Transcript of Records from University/ College (temporary, still need to submit primary ids)
